Automation becomes more and more general nowadays. Many companies try to propose their solutions to the market. These programs come in attractive packages with lots of great features, whistles and bells. During the research of different stuff management software programs, I found that its utilizing has more shortcomings than benefits. There are several reasons why I do not use it.

Reason 1: It requires some money. That is impossible to find the free employee management software. Remember that the updates, support and maintenance also demand some fee. Some people think that the advantages outweigh the costs. Do not pay for any program if you know that its advantages are not worthy of it.
